Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method. We currently ship from France to the following regions:

  • France: usually 2–4 business days

  • Europe: usually 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: delivery times vary

All orders are shipped with a tracked service. You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties (for international orders)

All taxes are included for EU orders.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us at hello@valery-shop.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot refund or reship orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.


Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
If not, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for return

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the date you received your order.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

How to return

Simply ship the item(s) back to the address above using the carrier of your choice.
Please include your order number and name inside the parcel so we can identify your return easily.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you wish to change an item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
